Linden Elementary proudly honored veterans on November 7th with an amazing ceremony. Students, staff and community members gathered to express gratitude for the service and sacrifice of our brave veterans, fostering a sense of patriotism and appreciation for those who have served our country. Thank you to Mrs. Ryder for pulling it all together and the VFW for leading the flag ceremony!

Dear Linden families,
Happy November! As the temperatures are changing so quickly we would like to inform you about our morning recess procedures as the weather gets colder. If the temperature is below 20 degrees, students will have indoor activities at recess, such as games, reading, etc.. The decision will be made at 6:45 am by the morning outside recess teacher, who will direct students either inside or outside.
In case of active rain or snow, outdoor recess will be canceled. We kindly request that you ensure your children wear warm coats and bring gloves and hats, as the weather has changed quickly. If your family needs outdoor clothing assistance, please contact the school, and we'll do our best to help.
We do have a lost and found if we find any students clothing–jackets, gloves, hats, sweatshirts etc. If your children have lost anything please ask them to check the lost and found by the back doors next to the cafeteria.
Thank you for your cooperation and keeping our students comfortable and safe during the colder months.
Sincerely,
Candice LaBute
